This 3-room apartment has 64 square meters/ 700 sq. foot and has air-conditioning, central heating, bath and toilet are separate, there is a living-room and 2 bedrooms. The living room has a dining area with a spacious table and four chairs and a comfortable sofa which can be changed easily in a king size bed for 2 guests. There's stereo equipment with CD player and cable TV with more then 11o international TV channels and also chest of drawers, bookshelves, phone, digital mailbox etc. The main bedroom has two main single beds and two more beds to pull out hidden underneath the main beds with new mattresses, chests of drawers, a spacious wardrobe etc. The walls of the living-room and bedroom are stucco. The second bedroom can be reached by some stairs from inside the apartment and is one floor above. This second bed-room with 1 single bed is not suitable for small children. The new fitted kitchen is equipped with ceramic hotplates, microwave, fridge etc...

Imagine you leave the apartment and immediately see the Invalid's Dome. Or just walk for 2 minutes and see the Eiffel-Tower in its entire beauty.....not only just the top.....the entire Eiffel Tower ! The walk to both attractions leads through the green space of the Champs de Mars or Avenue Breteuil. You'll be in some minutes in Montparnasse, St. Germain des Prés, Jardin de Luxembourg. The apartment is on the second floor in a corner house - that's why it has six windows. You'll have just 5 neighbours and an interesting view on the street. Downstairs before the house is a big crossroad and the nearest Metro-station, several bus-stops and a taxi-rank. The apartment is at the border between the 7. and 15. Parisian district.

Warm Paris retreat

The apartment was very comfortable, the interior decoration warm. The layout of the apartment is good with the living room separated from the kitchen by a door, turning it into a private bedroom at night.
We found enough kitchen utilities to cook small meals. The Patiserie was right beneath us with a very close supermarket. We were very very close to the metro which is great when coming home tired.
There were two small problems: The traffic is not completely shut out when the windows are closed - this bothered only the light sleeper of the familly. And we couldn't open the windows for fresh air because of the noise.The other problem was the loft bedroom which has no railing - so we did not use it as a second bedroom, but did use the space to rest in the afternoons or for one of the kids to read early in the morning without bothering late sleepers. Once the gas burner suddenly turned off leaving us with nohot water - Sebastian showed up in no time to help us out.
All in all we had a great time.The apartment is close to the Invalid and Eiffel but we recommend to save legs and use the metro - line number 6 was just under the apartment and line 12 just 5 minutes up the street.

Retreat in Paris

This apartment was better than anything I had ever hoped for. The location and neighborhood were exactly what we had wanted. It is so close to everything and it felt very safe. The apartment itself was gorgeous and had such an inviting, warm layout. Thank you for taking the time to meet with us at the apartment and show us all of the extras.

We truly feel blessed to have had such a wonderful place of retreat in Paris, it made our trip so much more personal and felt like we were living in a neighborhood versus sleeping in a hotel. We look forward to using your services again. Thanks again.

Perfect Location

My husband and I have just returned from France and the last 5 days in this beautiful Paris apartment was a real treat - both in terms of it's location and the accommodation which offers well equipped modern comfort, elegance and great space.

We loved walking to nearby cafes for early morning coffees and fresh pastries, watching Parisians and their dogs manuvering around city workers hosing down the sidewalks, sight of fresh produce, aroma of fresh pastries, and then fresh sea food vendors next door to the buthcher's display case sporting decorated pigs head next to the freshly cleaned pheasant with it's feathers.

We also tried out several restaurants for late dinners. And of course, we must mention the numerous interesting art galleries and shops within the neighbourhood.

The apartment was perfect for our needs and definitely, we will plan for a longer stay next time.

Pleasant in Paris!

We had a lovely time staying in the Eiffel Tower apt! It was quite clean and had a lot of space. The kitchen & bath workings were a bit sparse considering what we are used to in the states, but the location couldn't be beat. There are two Metro lines, one at each corner literally wisking you away to anywhere or any site you wanted to see! We could & did walk to the Eiffel, Invalides, Eco Militaire and Pont Alexander... they were not as close as we imagined, but definitely do-able. I traveled with my 5 yr old son and found Paris extremely friendly and accomodating towards children. The owners and bartenders in the Cafe downstairs were superb resources for us. The Patisierre & grocery store, both around the corner, were visited frequently for fresh croissants and necessities! We loved Paris and enjoyed having an apt to go back to each evening rather than being limited by a small hotel room with no kitchen. We saved a ton of money cooking for oursleves, and had wireless internent and free calls back to the US which kept us in touch with family and friends back home. All in all, a great value, a cute place, and a fabulous location!
