This 5000+ square foot waterfront vacation home is fully furnished and air-conditioned, ensuring total comfort during your stay. The house has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, living room, 2 car garage, pool, 3 lanais, rec room, office, kids room, full kitchen, laundry room, and a dock with boat lift. In the evening, relax and watch a movie on the living room home theater system or take a dip in the heated outdoor pool. There are 5 total TVs in the house, all equipped with cable, as well as an XBox with games for total entertainment. The rec room features all new equipment, including pool table, bubble hockey game, dart board, pop-a-shot basketball game, TV with cable, and stereo,. If you need to conduct business during your stay, bring your laptop and work online by the water via the wireless network, or use one of two personal computers located in the house. No pets or smoking allowed inside the house.
