The beach house is located on 'Peggotty Beach', a soft sandy barrier beach in the quaint fishing village of Scituate, MA. Enjoy ocean sunrises, clambakes, boating and swimming. The open floor plan and wrap around deck is perfect for entertaining family and friends. The master bedroom suite is separated from the other 3 bedrooms by the 'Chart Room'. A sitting room to relax and read a book, enjoying your morning coffee with ocean views and serene ocean sounds. The house accommodates 10 to 12 people with 2.5 baths. Above is a unique widow's walk providing panoramic views of Scituate's harbor to enjoy cocktails at happy hour.and sunsets.
