You will be right on the beach! In the middle of a 7-mile crescent shaped stretch of sand and ocean. See fishing boats and Wood Island Lighthouse. The house is very accommodating with 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8), has a full bath with a tub/shower, another bath with shower. A side and front wrap deck. Also, kitchen with two ovens, ample size dining room, living room with cable TV, The house has plantation shutters throughout and ocean views. Back yard has a propane grill and parking for maximum 2 cars. Location is easy walking distance between Ocean Park (5-minutes) and downtown Old Orchard (15-minutes, with arcades and rides! Fireworks on Thursday nights). Just a 15-20 minute drive to historic Portland or Kennebunk. Old Orchard Beach is a great family vacation destination! Fun parks nearby FunTown and SplashTown on Route 1. Also, professional golf courses nearby, as well, a mini-golf course. Beautiful golf courses nearby. Just south visit shopping outlets in

For the kids, the highest rated fun park north of Boston only 5 miles away. And only a 20 minute drive to world famous Kennebunkport, the summer home of the Presidents.
