New, tastefully furnished 3-level condo is just a short walk to picturesque town square in beautiful Waterville Valley, with its restaurant, shops and entertainment. The main level features a full kitchen, dining/living room with TV, and half bath. The lower level has two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath. A spiral staircase leads to the master suite on the upper level. The large bedroom offers mountain views and a queen bed; the bath has a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Amenities include access to the athletic center (indoor & outdoor pools, sauna, hot tub, weight room, indoor courts), full housekeeping and linen service, and tennis & mountain biking in summer. Other area activities include the ice arena, boating & swimming, golf, skateboard park, fishing and lots of nearby hiking trails. In winter Waterville Valley Ski area offers affordable and family-friendly skiing and boarding.
