This is one of the nicest condos in the entire Sanddollar complex. Our wonderful Gulf Front condo is your opportunity to enjoy all of the features of your own home while relaxing on vacation in Paradise at Sanibel Island in Southwest Florida. Our rental guests truly look forward to returning to our outstanding and relaxing Sanddollar "home".

About The Owner

Chuck and Leila reside in Indianapolis, Indiana and are proud owners of two awesome 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf front condos on Sanibel Island -- Sanddollar C-301 and Sanibel Inn #3421. Chuck is an industrial sales engineer and Leila is an elementary art teacher. Their 2 favorite get-away destinations are Sanibel Island and St. Maarten, NA.

What makes this condo unique

Our Sanddollar C-301 is a quiet corner unit on the top floor of Building C. The views of the Gulf of Mexico are spectacular from the main lanai in our condo. We enjoy the many hiking and bike trails on Sanibel. After a day on the beach in the sun, we always look forward to dinner in all of the many wonderful restaurants on the island.

Just returned from an extremely wonderful visit to Sanibel. The accommodations were everything they were advertised to be and more! All of the ammenities that you could want and a gorgeous location. We hope to return next year and would definitely recommend this unit to anyone wanting a truly spacious and updated unit. Thank you to the Livengoods for giving us the opportunity to enjoy their lovely property.
