Private beach access is perfect for kayaking or quiet relaxing times away from the crowds. This ocean hideaway is beautiful! with an open floor plan and a huge eat-in kitchen with new appliances, a comfortable living room, intimate dining nook, bedroom and a full bath. A short stroll through the charming east end will bring you to the center of town with all it has to offer! There is a small yard with picnic table and gas grill. One car parking space right at the house. Come lift your spirits and melt your cares away.

Absolutely Awesome!

This was our first trip to Ptown, but I can guarantee it won't be our last! This little beach house is superb. It is light and airy. It has all the amenities you could need. It is ridiculously close to the beach. And only a 15 minute walk into town. The bed was comfy and the linens were delightful!! The gas grill was nice and worked effortlessly (we love to cook even while on vacation). Plus you have a parking space right outside the door ... a commodity in Ptown! The owners are very accomodating and easy to reach if needed. We will definitely be returning and staying in this little gem again! Thanks Kathy and MaryKate!

Fantastic place and excellent location

We stayed here last week and had a wonderful wonderful time. The location is great-- right between the main streets, around the corner from a lovely little market, down the way from a beach, and close enough to the center of town to walk to everything easily but just far enough away to feel like you're "heading home" at the end of the day. The home itself is beautiful, clean, cozy, and has a fantastic kitchen. It rained for a good chunk of the time that we were in town, so the ability to cook-- and spend some quality time inside without feeling cooped up-- became pretty important.

The owners were very helpful and accommodating when we made the reservation, and also sent along a great list of important FYIs about the place, and things to do/see/eat in town.

Overall, we had a terrific experience and can't wait to come back again sometime!

this was truly a lovely "homeawayfromhome". I went up to Provincetown for a week of solitude and peace, and that is exactly what it was. Very clean, comfy, and well decorated. Very comfortable bed, and I loved the bedding.
Working with Kathy and Marykate was a pleasure, and I look forward to doing it again. I have already told some of my friends about this great experiance.

We loved our stay here. The house is clean, quiet, and comfortably & attractively furnished. It is just minutes away from a great little market, the Provincetown Theater and the gallery district, and a short walk to downtown. One night during a rain storm we even fell asleep to the sound of waves (the water is less than two blocks away). We will be back!

Comfortable quiet great location had a wonderful roomantic weekend here. We enjoy no pets allowed because of allergies. Steps to the beach and not to far from town.
