Arcadia door to patio comes with small dog door, property is ideal for winter resident with a small dog (no cats) - within walking distance of a two acre off leash dog area. Two car garage, full-size washer and dryer, two refrigerators, new stove, dishwasher and microwave. Twenty minutes from Sky Harbor International Airport, five minutes from major freeway access, Fashion Square Mall, Scottsdale Waterfront and downtown. Prefer to rent for a two - fourth month minimum.
