Come and enjoy a wonderful family vacation experience . This new 2005 two bedroom cottage, which overlooks the Rachel Carson Preserve and ocean, comes with a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, full bath, washer/dryer, hardwood floors, air conditioning, skylights, ceiling fans, WIFI, and a gas grill. Relax and enjoy the water views and breezes from the large attached screened porch with sliding glass doors to the living room and master bedroom. There are 2 pools, a hot tub, and a children's pool on the premises, as well as 11 acres of common area for kids and adults to relax or play on.

Location: Southern Coast of Maine < Maine < USA

This cottage is centrally located near beaches, outlet and antique shopping, restaurants, and is along the Wells Trolley route and can be boarded directly in front of the cottage development. There are several mini golf courses, as well as 9 to 18 hole golf courses, nearby. For those who enjoy kayaking or would like to experience it, the Rachel Carson Preserve is an excellent area for kayaking. There also is a boat ramp nearby and several boat charters available locally for deep-sea fishing or whale watching trips.
