The place looked exactly like the pictures! Very nice. The units are all pretty new and the place was very, very clean. Each unit is it's own individual house so you are not attached to anyone. Granite counters, AC, ceiling fans everywhere. Very comfortable, very relaxing. Great screen porch looking towards the salt marsh and ocean. The kids loved the two pools. Conveniently located right on Rt. 1, but set way back from the highway so you had no idea it was there. The morning sunrise does light the Master BR up so it is very bright which is good for early risers. Bring eye mask if you want to sleep in. Price is nearer to the high end for the area, but a good value based upon the high quality units. The front office folks were very nice and very helpful. I'd highly recommend this as a place to stay. The owner was very responsive to my emails and was very accomodating.
