Small screened porch off kitchen has chaise lounge....perfect for reading.... Cozy room off kitchen has a gas stove (looks like a wood stove, but thermostat controlled and flame is sealed), love seat and reading lamp...another nice spot for reading.... Large Kitchen/Living Room/Dining area with 2 couches, and 2 wing back chairs, TV and stereo. Adjacent family room has couch, recliner, wing back chair, stereo, cd/cvd/tv, regulation size foosball table and french doors to 'close it off' if you want to keep noise in, or out!

1/3 Mile from Shawnee Peak, 1/4 Mile to Beach!: Winter: You can see the lights on the mountain from the house! No rushing to the mountain or home. Go back the house for lunch! Go home for dinner and go back for the most night skiing in New England! Have fun in Blizzards Pub! Summer: Spend your days on the private sandy beach with picnic tables and swim floats. Walk to the beach pulling your cooler on our kids wagon or drive. Its just 1/4 mile. Beach chairs and umbrella are stored in association storage shed so no need to bring them to the beach each day.

My family and friends have rented this home for the last 2 years and are hoping for our 3rd year. It is a perfect house for families and is in a wonderful location. It has everything you need and more but the best part of this house is the memories that are made here. We all look forward to renting again!!!
