'The best kept secret in Cozumel.'- Villa Eden is one of the most luxurious, private ocean front villas in Cozumel. A magnificent 5 bedroom home located right at the oceanfront, in a beautiful and very private setting surrounded by a lush garden with a 40 foot freshwater pool looking at the Caribbean Sea. The Villa is not a part of a complex, it is all yours. Two wooden decks for sunbathing, relaxing and for watching incredible sunsets are located 10 steps from the pool at the edge of the water with two ladders of 4 steps to assist you to the crystal clear water in front of the villa, which upon entry is 4 feet deep with a sandy bottom. To swim or snorkel there is a treat reserved for the few. All 5 bedrooms are facing the Caribbean. There is a house keeper each day but Sunday. A roof garden on the third floor with a bar. And now a hot tub by the Pool, over looking the ocean is going to be ready for November 2009 renters. A cook and other services are available upon request.

Great snorkeling right out side the villa. Best diving destinations of Cozumel are a 1 to 15 minute boat ride away. Dive pick up, one minute drive from villa. The water is crystal clear right at the villa with great snorkeling. Best diving places are one to 10 minute boat ride away.

About the oceanfront: Some guests ask about a sandy beach before arriving. There are several 1 to 5 minute drive away from the villa. Or 2 minute walk. But, almost all of our guests once at the villa, never ask us or go to one again. The combination of the crystal clear water in front of the villa, the one of kind location with privacy and serenity and they all say to us, why go anywhere else? Truly, one of the best locations and villas in the Riviera Ma;ya. We rent Direct so we can effort to offer a better price.

Villa houskeeper, gardener and cook service: Villa Eden is a luxurious Mediterranean style villa with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and an open living space with a large freshwater pool all facing the crystal clear water of the Caribbean. The price includes a maid service each day but Sunday from around 10 to 2 and a gardener. A cook service is available and optional.

As always we provide and use only the finest appliances, furniture, fixtures, mattresses etc. ... available to us. We make our villas a 'touch above' in Cozumel, and luxurious as possible. We know what you, our guests are looking for in a luxury vacation villa and we go out of our way to find it.

Our party of 10 adults stayed at Villa Eden in January 2009. The villa is wonderful - and has the best outdoor areas of any of the villas we have stayed at over the last 8-10 years. We really enjoyed the variety of seating areas - allowing us to be all together or to split into smaller groups or go off for some alone time. The ease of use of the computer and the phone were added benefits. Addition of the rooftop hot tub will be terrific - what a view!

The manager was very professional and gave us many excellent suggestions about things to do, places to go and several restaurants. We particularly liked La Cocay in town.

The cooks and housekeeper took excellent care of us. We asked them to select menus from whatever was available locally and they were outstanding. They are really great people and I hope that they stay with the villa for a long time as they are a wonderful asset.

While we did tour the island and spent some time in town doing a bit of shopping and eating, We elected to spend most of our time at the villa as we had everything we wanted there - from swimming to snorkelling to star gazing and late night movies.

I would definitely recommend this villa to friends. There are no twin beds, so the group needs to be either willing to share or smaller in number than 10. Book lights for late night reading would be good to bring along.

Mostly it was just great being at this lovely place and being so well taken care of by the staff. And keep your eyes open for the biggest orange iguana ever!
