Our stay in Phoenix in September

We had to come to Phoenix for my wife's surgery and expected to be here for at least a month.
This property has been an excellent choice for us. It is within 20 minutes or so of St Joseph Hospital downtown, is extremely convenient to grocery stores, office supply stores, pharmacies, restaurants, gas stations, cleaners, Starbucks, Costco, Dillards, Penneys, Sears, and so on. There is a brand-new Fry's Superstore at the corner of Tatum and Shea which is a wonderful experience.
Most of these are within 1/4 mile or less. It is near State Route 51 which is a 10 lane road running north-south into town.
The Condo is well appointed, complete with nice appliances and all necessary dishware, cooking utensils etc. It has a nice grass back yard facing a beautiful pool surrounded by a child-proof fence, with two excellent gas BBQs. The grounds are well maintained and the Condo is located in an affluent upmarket area. The beds are comfortable and each room has a large screen TV. It also has both wireless and cable internet. The air conditioning works very well.
In short the property has worked very well for us.
