Modern Cape Cod house, with a open floor plan. Half mile walk to great ocean beaches, quarter mile walk to harbor. Winter is a qreat quite getaway, spring and fall have plenty of activity. Restaurants, night clubs, shopping, fishing etc. House has a large private yard and screen porch. Summer Harwichport is the best of Cape Cod.

Perfect beach rental!

This house is exactly as advertised and more. We rented August 2011 and are going back in 2012 and hopefully thereafter!

The owner, Ted, is very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The house itself is in an ideal location. It is close enough to walk to the beach, while at the same time close to a lot of great vacation amenities - go-carts, trampolines, restaurants, shopping....

The house itself was perfect for us (a family of 5 and our au pair). The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you would need. The layout of the house provides a lot of space to relax comfortably. The yard is a wonderful feature - it is large and well-maintained, includes a screened porch and there is an outside shower - which everyone loves! Of course the washer and dryer are an added bonus.

We are really happy to have found this house!

The house is great, very roomy with an outside shower. There's a large kitchen dining area that suited us since we had family in the area. The Wi-Fi was a popular attraction for us and our family visiting. The local beach is a 15-20 minute walk. Harwichport is about about a 25 minute walk to downtown and offers Artist's shows and free music from time to time. It's a great little village for relaxing. The Cape is a great place to relax and this cottage and town is a great place to stay. We found cottage to be clean and owners contacts for any issues are there.
