Was extremely disappointing

Not the cleanest place we've ever stayed. We've travelled all over the world including 3rd world countries and this was one of the most unpleasant rooms we've ever had. Smelled of mold from the leaky sink (which they fixed while we were there). Floor was sticky when we got there, but we were able to wash it down ourselves. Similar condos in this building are for sale with an asking price of 30k so it will tell you what the overall property is like. There's a reason why the propery is so cheap. There are several other motels and condos in the area that are FAR nicer for the same price or better. The owner seems like a nice guy, but I'd stay clear of this one.

Owner's Response: This is rediculous. My property is not for sale at all, never mind $30,000. I don't think you can buy a parking spot on the beach for $30,000. There has never been any mold in my unit and I have had it inspected by the city to confirm that. There was a slow leak in the sink, which was fixed immediately by a plumber who lives in the building. That is the only part of this phony review that was true. If the floor was sticky, they must have spilled something on it. It was not like that when they got there. I have had many emails from people who have stayed in my unit all telling me how nice and clean it was when they got there. Read the other reviews. If he was so unhappy with my unit, why did it take him 3 months to write a review. Why did he tell me he enjoyed the stay while he was there.
I have many repeat customers who come back year after year. I am sure they would not come back unless they were very happy.
