Neptune’s Retreat is located directly between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach making the amenities and shops of both just a short 5 minute walk away.
The home also has lush tropical landscaping and off street parking for six cars.
Layout Information:
The first floor has an enclosed garage with a ping-pong table, bunk room and bedroom with shared bathroom, laundry closet, den with large screen TV and kitchenette. The kitchenette has full size freezer, refrigerator and microwave. Pool access is available on this floor through the screened porch.
The second floor has a large open family room, gourmet kitchen and dinning room which opens up to a large balcony overlooking the pool and breathtaking emerald coast. This floor also has 3 bedrooms, a half bath and a jack and jill bathroom with separate toilets and sinks and shared shower area.
The third floor features 3 master bedrooms with private baths. The main master bedroom has access to the large 3rd floor balcony and oversized bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and large shower.

For the golfers in the group, the Camp Creek Golf Club is just a mile away. Just outside your door you can bike, roller blade or walk for miles on a safe trail adjacent to 30-A. This community is within walking distance to the shops and amenities of both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach and a short 7 mile drive to Seaside.
