Huntington Beach condo on harbor side of Pacific Coast highway. Lower level, single-story smartly furnished unit, in quiet, well-maintained complex. Luxurious interior highlighted by granite countertops, walk-in closet, sunny sitting area off bedroom and private patio. Carport and guest parking. This is a great location for anyone with a sense of style who loves the outdoors and enjoys walking on the beach, biking, walking trails, kayaking and surfing, or explore shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Less than a 5 minute walk to Sunset Beach, Huntington Harbour and Bolsa Chica Wetlands. 2 miles to quaint downtown Seal Beach, 5 miles to Huntington Beach pier/downtown. Easy freeway access to unlimited So. Calif. locations. Pets okay, limited to 1 cat or small dog.
