About this property

Welcome to Tradewinds, this beautiful new construction home is located directly on the white sandy beaches of Indian Rocks Beach. The house consists of 6 bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms set over 3 floors.

The first floor consists of a large garage that can easily fit 2-3 cars. Step through the door and take the elevator or stairs up to the second floor.

On the second floor you will walk into a large open living area with huge windows overlooking the beach. The living area also has a large sofa with flat screen TV. There is a fantastic kitchen featuring a gas hob and stove, electric combo oven/microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher with seating for 6 at the island. There is also a wet bar and breakfast nook together with a formal dining area. You can step out onto the balcony to BBQ or sit out and enjoy the breathtaking views.

On this level there are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with two sets of bunk beds, which will only accommodate children. These bedrooms share a Jack'n'Jill bathroom with shower. There is also a half bathroom for guests to use off of the living area.

The third floor consists of the remaining 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and large walk in closet. The master bathroom features a soaking tub and separate walk in shower as well as a double sink/vanity unit.

Bedroom 2 has a king bed and an en suite tub/shower combination. This bedroom and the master share a large balcony with incredible views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico.

The other two bedrooms on this floor share a Jack'n'Jill bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other a king bed. There is also a laundry room on the 3rd floor. All bedrooms have a flat screen TV.

The rear of the property has a pool and hot tub, with sunbeds and seating for you and your party to relax in. There is also an outdoor shower for you to rinse off after a dip in the warm Gulf of Mexico which is just steps away. There are plenty of amenities and toys for your use. We have beach chairs and umbrellas, Paddle boards and Kayaks available for your use*. There is also a full crib, pack-n-play, high chair and baby gates for your convenience.

There is no doubt, that you, your family and friends will enjoy your stay in our home.

Awesome house!

The house is beautiful and is in a great location. They supplied everything you could possibly need, including beach toys and baby equipment (cribs, baby gates, high chair). The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. We loved being right on the beach - heaven! It is the perfect house!!! The managers were easy to reach and responsive (we had only one problem which was taken care of quickly). We can’t say enough good things about the house.

Best vacation ever!

This is a well stocked home with everything that you need to enjoy your time relaxing in the sun on the beach or in the pool. Plenty of beach pool/toys for kids and adults, everyone loved it! Go to the store or Instacart your groceries, the kitchen has everything you need to cook a spread for the family. Use the elevator to deliver your luggage to your floor and swing by the awesome pay it forward bar! Super convenient being so close to the beach and don't forget to walk to the Kooky Coconut for nightly mini scoops during the sunsets! We'll definitely be back!

Family trip

The place was beautiful and had everything they said in the review. The only things that didnt work were the elevator andn the freezer on the refrigerator. That made for alot of steps everyday, but that was good for us. We had a wonderful family vacationandwould stay here again.

AMAZING space & location! Steps from the beach, but our grandchildren (ages 2-8) loved the pool best! There were 12 of us & plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked much better than most VRBO’s we’ve stayed in. We were walking distance from a cute ice cream shop, and restaurants, too. Parking was EXCELLENT—we had an SUV & 2 minivans that all fit in the garage. We would definitely stay again!!

Wonderful Family get away

This is our 2nd time staying at Trade winds with our family , ages 18 months to 92 years old. Perfect set up and location. The beach house is fully supplied with everything we needed and very comfortable and clean. The few small issues we had were quickly addressed by Alex. Hope to get a chance to return soon! We all love the house and location !

The home has been uniquely designed from our tried and tested floor plan we have used over the past couple of years.
