We have COMPLETELY RENOVATED THIS CONDO. All new cabinets, granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. The bath is tiled and has a new soaker tub. New tile floors through out the condo. All new chairs and queen sofa sleeper.

Oceanfront Condominium with a sliding glass door in the master bedroom and the living room leading to the balcony overlooking the gulf. This is a 'B' floor plan. The views are stunning, you can literally see 20 miles up and down the beach. Sunbird B Unit with a bright beach décor. This unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, king bed and sliding glass door from the bedroom to the balcony. Everything you need to have a great time at the beach.

SNOW BIRDS - WINTER RATES APPLY FOR NEXT JANUARY, FEBRUARY, MARCH AND APRIL - IT'S STILL COLD UP THERE - STAY HERE LONGER.

This unit sleeps 4 with a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. This unit is super clean as it has been the owners’ personal unit.

Perfect spot on the Beach

Beautiful sunsets every night, nice beach to walk, some construction on the other building but didn't bother us at all. All in all a perfect three weeks

Would stay again!

Me and my wife were enjoying our one year anniversary. As soon as we got into the room we fell in love with it and she she told me I did an excellent job picking out the room. The owner was very responsive whenever we had questions. Didn’t have to wait for an elevator for more than seconds. The staff were nice as well. The chairs that were included were a great bonus. We would stay again without question.

Overall great and would stay again!

The check in process was extremely easy and took just a couple minutes at the manned security gate. The location was perfect to almost all restaurants and other conveniences such as a Walmart less than a mile away. The complimentary beach chairs was also a nice bonus and the redemption of those was equally as easy as the check in. The unit itself provided a great view from the balcony and it’s updated nicely with nice countertops, tile, appliances, etc. The community laundry on the main level is fairly priced and easy to use. The only issue we identified, and I would be remiss if I didn’t include this in our review, was the fact that the condominium building itself seems to have a pest problem. The unit itself was clean but we had a roach find its way into the unit itself. (We hate bugs) We also saw a few at night when entering the elevator, etc so it seems it’s more of a building problem than an individual unit issue. Overall, we would stay in the listing’s property again without hesitation. The owners are kind, communicative, and definitely upkeep their unit nicely.

Beautiful Place

We drove down on a spontaneous trip, and had the absolute best time. The house was clean and fresh. The bed was very comfortable. The view was amazing. House has everything you need for a small family or couple as far as kitchen appliances and utensils. I will definitely be back here when we get the chance. Owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Would give it 10 stars if I could.
