1/2 OFF MAY 11-18 - LUXURY HOME - DUAL MASTER SUITES, PRIVATE POOL & BACKYARD

The IOP BeachHouse is truly a spectacular home. Looking at the pictures, it's easy to understand why. With two spacious and well-appointed master suites as well as several other comfortable bedrooms and an incredible open great room, there's more than enough space for a large family. In most places, the actual home doesn't measure up to the professionally taken photos - that is absolutely not the case here. The IOP BeachHouse is as nice as the pictures make it seem, if not more. Not only is the house beautiful, but it's a little over a block from the beach - a 5 minute walk at most. We had a great time and would definitely choose this home again on a future trip.

Some particularly nice features of the home include (in no particular order): the elevator; the keypad controlled garage door (don't need to carry keys around if you don't want to); the provided beach chairs and beach supplies; the backyard covered patio/grill and nice sized pool); the home air-conditioning/cooling system (very easy to use and works really well and quickly); great kitchen with nice appliances.

My favorite part of the home was probably the spacious and comfortable upstairs outdoor front patio - great place to hang out, enjoy the breeze and relax.

There's a really nice park with outdoor play area close by (10 minute walk) if you are vacationing with kids and want to tire them out :)

Last but not least, a nod has to be given to the owner - Bill Saint. Bill was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. He was easy to reach and rapidly responsive via email to answer any questions you may have before or during your stay. The guide he has put together regarding the features of the home as well as recommendations for places to eat and sight-see was a nice touch and really speaks to the effort he puts into making sure his guests are comfortable and have a nice time. Thanks Bill!

In summary, the house is great and the owner is great. It met or exceeded our expectations and we would definitely come back in the future. If you're looking for a place to stay in Isle of Palms, you won't be disappointed.

Just back from an awesome week in IOP. This house is everything the description says and more. The details are what sets this house apart from the others. Bill and Terri have thought of everything to make your stay perfect. The house is incredibly clean, the beds are so comfortable we all had to pull back the sheets to see what brand they were and the kitchen is fit for a professional chef. There's no kitchen gadget that's missing to make gourmet meals and we put that to the test every night! Bill was great to work with and even called to welcome us to his home the first night. We'll definitely be back later in the season. We had a fantastic time!

We're a group of 10 women friends - "Penthouse Chicks" - who take a beach vacation together every year. Our stay at IOP was the best one yet. The house is absolutely beautiful - the decor, bedding, even kitchen equipment where top quality. The openness of the second floor living room with lots of comfy couches made it the perfect place for a large group to hang out together. Two master suites with whirlpool baths gave us a spa atmosphere. There is an excellent DVD collection, an elevator, great porches front and back. Top notch.
