Bright, roomy 3 bedroom condo located on the fairway of a golf resort that abuts the Pemi River. Great accessibility to several mountains: Under 10 minutes to Loon, 15 minutes to Cannon, 25 minutes to Waterville Valley, 40 minutes to Bretton Woods. Snowmobile or cross-country ski from the front door on the golf course or access the miles of trails that go as far as the Canadian border. Direct access to corridor 11 snowmobile trails. Accommodations: Comfortable living room with 60' projection TV (great for the football games, etc.). First floor suite with 2 full beds, sitting area, full bath, and TV. Another first floor bedroom with queen bed and bath immediately outside the door. Second floor bedroom with 2 full beds and TV. Second floor loft with a play area, single bed, and 1/2 bath. Kitchen has all necessary appliances and utensils, with a breakfast bar and 4 stools as well as a table that seats 6.

At the resort: You only need to walk 50 yards to enjoy indoor & outdoor pool and hot tub, game room with a pool table, ping-pong, video games, and pinball. Snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, hiking, sledding. Close by: Shopping, restaurants, bars, movie theater, sightseeing, horse back riding, back country expeditions, snowmobile rentals, multiple downhill ski mountains. Woodstock center and Lincoln center are just minutes away.
