This rambling Cape Cod home has a one acre private beach on Nantucket Sound. Located down a sandy lane, it is perfect for family reunions and multiple family rentals. Catching the breeze from high on the Bluff, two houses are joined by a common kitchen and a sun room with a small kitchen. The south paneled living room has a large fireplace and a great view high above Nantucket Sound. A bedroom and a bathroom adjoin. Off the kitchen on the first floor is another bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs there is a large bedroom facing the sound, a small bedroom, and a hall bath. The north living room has a fireplace as well. The room doubles for dining. Above, there are two bedrooms, a wide hallway connector housing a built-in bed, and a bathroom with a deep tub and shower. There is a large brick terrace for cook-outs. The property is a two minute walk from Wychmere Harbor and the facilities at the Wychmere Harbor Club. And a five minute walk to the middle of town.

Located on a bluff above a private beach, the house is a two minute walk to beautiful Wychmere Harbor, a five minute walk to the center of town where there are restaurants an ice cream parlor, liquor,clothing and gift stores. The supermarket is a five minute drive.

Schooner Tyrone: We have a 60 ft. schooner, the Tyrone, which will be chartering out of Harwichport and Chatham in 2007. Your stay with us would include a two hour evening sail on the eve of our choice., either out of Wychmere, if the tide cooperates, or Stage Harbor in Chatham.

Other Activities: Two hour complimentary evening sail, sail time at owner's discretion, included with the rental.
