Immaculate, spacious (1700 sq. ft.) multilevel townhouse on the first fairway of Dunegrass golf resort. New unit, with all new furniture, beds and appliances. Hardwood and tile floors, carpeted bedrooms. Wonderful panoramic views of the golf course from the spacious deck and bedrooms. Master bedroom has dual vanity bathroom on suite, second / third bedrooms share bathroom. Beautiful new leather living room set, TV/VCR/DVD player. Huge cathedral ceiling in living room. After a fun packed day at the beach return home to the peace and tranquility of Dunegrass golf resort. Open up the door to the deck, grill up some steak or lobster and enjoy eating and drinking watching the golfers play on by. Enjoy the peace and serenity of the wild ducks swimming on the pond and the chipmunks playing in the pines while you sip a glass of wine on the deck. Let the kids enjoy the large selection of videos and games while Mom and Dad soak up the atmosphere of a sunset on Dunegrass.
