DeRussy Park, awaits this spacious condo of over 1100 sq. ft. with large lanai, central air conditioning and fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. W/D in unit, and one dedicated, secured parking place. The building rules only allow only rentals of 3 months or more. Ideally suited for the seasonal vacationer, those on work assignments or in transition. Coffee shop off lobby, open 24/7/365. Walk to beach, groceries, Ala Moana Shopping Center and Convention Center. Easy drive to Downtown, University and Medical Centers.

We have wintered in Hawaii for many years. This is by far the nicest place we've stayed. The amenities are wonderful and the location is great! It was so nice to have granite counters and upgraded appliances. The beds were so comfortable! We could walk to everything and the full service grocery is right around the corner. There is some traffic noise, but being in Waikiki, you get that every where. At least with this unit, you can close the windows and use the central A/C so you don't hear as much as you would with other places.

We loved not have to pay extra for a parking place or utilities. If you are looking for a stay of 3 months or more, this is your place!
