5 Bedrooms, 4 Full and 2 1/2 baths, sleeps 12 in beds

The condo is located on Route 100, 1/2 a mile from the entrance to Mount Snow. It is located on the 'Moover' Route, which is the shuttle to Mount Snow. This 3 level, 5 bedroom, 4 Full and 2 1/2 bath condo sleeps 14 in beds. Custom cherry kitchen, stainless appliances and granite counter tops completed in July 2007.

The lower level has a game room with brand new 42 inch Flat Screen PlasmaTV/DVD/, full surround sound, wet bar and wood burning stove. There is a bedroom and 1 1/2 baths on this level. Games include ping pong and Foosball. The middle level has the kitchen, dining room, living room with TV/DVD/VCR and fireplace. We have an extensive movie and game collection on this level. This middle level is all open so it's perfect for spending time as a group. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on this floor as well as a laundry room. The third floor has two more bedrooms and 2 full baths. This is an end unit with complete privacy.

Condo Information: We've owned this condo for 3 years and have done extensive renovations to make it a wonderful place for your family and friends. New this year is a brand new custom cherry kitchen, stainless appliances and hardwood floors. On the lower level we have put in a 42 inch plasma with surround sound, not your average game room! We only rent the condo 4-5 weekends a year and use it as secondary home at all other times. We take a lot of pride in the up keep of the condo and hope that our renters will enjoy it as much as we do! Definitely not your average rental.

Mount Snow information and activities: across the street is the Grey Ghost Inn which is great for dinner and right down the street is the last chair, a popular restaurant with a huge game room for kids. In addition to skiing, renters can enjoy renting snowmobiles, snowshoes or cross-country skis.

I was part of a group of 3 couples that stayed here last year over new years - we had a great time. The place is just fantastic, especially for groups. The downstairs has an amazing gaming room with a ping pong table and fooz ball. Main level is really comfortable with a fireplace, and easy access in and out. Bedrooms are nice. Place was immaculate. Good kitchen, too. Easy access to the mountain and to restaurants/bars. Owners were excellent, as well - very easy to work with. Highly recommended!!!

Just spent the weekend here with a large group of mostly couples. This place is in an excellent location for Mt. Snow. Right on the Moover route but also literally right down the road from the mountain so people can come and go as they please. The set up was very convenient particularly the bathroom situation which tends to be a problem with big groups. Basically all but one bedroom has it's own bathroom which is really hard to find (there are 4 full and 2 half baths). Two nice and huge common areas with plenty to keep you entertained indoors. Limited parking spots but was not a problem at all as you can park across the street at the Gray Ghost Inn. Also a nice updated kitchen and free wifi. All in all was a wonderful weekend getaway and we would definitely stay here again.

Great Getaway!

We loved every part of our stay. The house was beautiful and very well kept. Lots of room for everyone to sleep comfortably and a huge open concept living room/kitchen/dining room that was perfect for our group to all be able to hang out together without feeling crowded. The mountain was so close! We were able to go right across the street and hop on a shuttle that took us right to the mountain just minutes away. We had a great time and hope to come back again next year!

Perfect Getaway

My friends and I wanted to get away from NYC and spend New Year's weekend up in Vermont. I can honestly say we could not have picked a better house! We were 12 people total, 6 couples, all in our mid to late 20's. The house was so homey, big and perfect for our group. We loved the main living area, it was a great open layout and everyone was able to hang out there comfortably. The downstairs was another huge living area with a big TV, great sofas, ping pong and a bar. The bedrooms were all very nice as well. Oh, and the fact that it was 2 minutes from the base of the mountain was amazing. We can't wait to go back! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Great for 2 Families

The condo is centrally located in town and very close to the ski hill. The layout provides two separate entrances for 2 families to stay but still enjoy the common areas together. The kids enjoyed the basement area. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and there is a large table for eating together. The condo was clean and updated. We truly enjoyed our stay.
