Beautiful upper cottage with plenty of room for large families. New in 2006 - central air conditioning and heat! Front porch offers ocean view with wicker furniture and a swinging love seat. Inside offers a large living room connected to the dining room which seats ten. Updated kitchen has breakfast nook with a pass through and a powder room. Upstairs has four bedrooms and one bath on second level with two more bedrooms and a new half bath on third level. Please - No Smokers, pets, groups, or high school seniors!

You'll be happy to be so close to the beach! You enter the living room from the front covered porch. The living room furniture converts into a queen sofa bed. As you walk to the right, you enter the dining room with seating for ten people. The kitchen is just off the dining room through a private breakfast nook with a pass through. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and eating utensils for any feast. A garbage disposal and dishwasher help in the clean up chores. Back behind the kitchen is a half bath and the back door to the outside facilities. Outside under the back porch are the shower and washer/dryer facilities. The second level has four bedrooms and a full bathroom. The third level has two bedrooms and a half bath.

Just 30 minutes from the junction of the Atlantic City Expressway and the Garden State Parkway. Head south until exit #30 Ocean City. Once through the toll, keep heading east on route 52. Through the circle in Somers Point and over the causeway to Ocean City. Somers Point houses all the alcoholic entertainment establishments needed for any occasion. North of Ocean City is Longport, and south is Sea Isle City. Corsons Inlet State Park on the south end of the island.

Another wonderful week at the shore......

For the past 4 years, members of my family and I have been coming to OC for a week at the shore. Family members from 4 different states gather and relax in this wonderful house. The fact we've been back to the same house each year tells you we thought it was a great place for our family vacation. There is ample room to be together and also room for privacy too. The days usually start out with a cup of coffee on the big porch. .. and end before bed playing games out there too, or just sitting and relaxing. The beach is a block away..... so you can easily go back and forth throughout the day. The dining table is large enough for big meals and great if you want to play board games together. The house is well stocked for cooking. It's also a short walk down the boardwalk to the rides, restaurants and stores. All appliances worked in the house, but the couple of times where something needed a little maintenance, the landlord was right there to take care of it.
We have a lot of happy memories of times spent at this house.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Week at the Beach

This is a great old home with plenty of space. Great, large, dining room table as a place to gather, eat and play games. Also has a nice front porch. Our large family has enjoyed the house for two summers now. It could use some new mattresses on some of the beds and the outside shower needs to drain better, but overall a house to make many happy memories.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Young Children

First Family gathering

First time to New Jersey, and we had family from Atlanta and florida drive up to enjoy the special occasion. As soon as we walked through the doors it has that warm home feeling, Plenty of space and was just a home away from home. Thank you so much for allowing us to get together for our special occasion look forward to spending the time next year in 2009.

Thanks for stocking the house with such things as plates, silverware, pots (except a tea kettle, which we found at a local store) and other items. It was thoughful and appreciated. The house is big, clean, furnished in a manner to create a warm atmosphere, and located perfectly for our family. An unexpected surprise was to find that someone nearby had a wireless network that allowed us to enjoy broadband internet access from our laptop by sharing that connection. The Greens
