This condo is located in the heart of Osage Beach at the very popular Ledges Condominium Complex. There are 2 swimming pools. One that you can see from the condo balcony & one at the point with an incredible 10 mile view! There is also a sandy beach area & play area. The condo is tastefully decorated, immaculate & has a great view! This condo has everything you need to feel right at home. You can comfortably sleep 16 people! There are two bedrooms and two full baths on the main level & a huge loft upstairs. The master bedroom has a queen bed, private bath & entrance to the patio. The master bedroom is equipped with a TV & DVD player. The second bedroom has two full beds & adjacent full bath. Up a flight of stairs, the loft has one queen bed, two full beds & two twin-top bunk beds. In the loft, there is also a TV with a VCR & a desk.

It has a playpen, high chair & bedrails that you are welcome to use. There are also movies, games & toys for family fun! The Condo is also equipped with a full sized washer and dryer. All linens are provided. A covered 10 x 24 boat slip is available for $15 per night. FREE INTERNET ACCESS, so bring your laptop! Whether your pleasure is swimming, boating, fishing, golfing, shopping or just plain relaxing, we have the perfect accommodations for your family!

We decided to take a few days off and celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. I found this condo on the internet and called the owners. They were very accommodating. Everything was just as advertised. The place was clean and well stocked. Our condo balcony overlooked the lake and you could sit out and watch the boats, jet skis, etc. I would highly recommend this property or any property of the owners.

Great Weekend Getaway

We rented this unit for a guys weekend of boating and golf and grilling on the deck. The unit was very clean and comfortable and plenty of room, the loft is very large. Kitchen was well equipped, comfortable beds, great view of the lake. Jen went out of her way to find a larger boat slip for us well. We will definitely be coming back!

Another Great Weekend

This is the 2nd time we have rented this condo from Jen for a weekend at the lake. Unit has plenty of room for all of us to spread out & relax. Condo is always clean, is stocked w/ everything we need for the stay, has a great view of the pool & is easy to get to when entering the complex. Jen is great to work w/ when renting & even went the extra mile in finding a larger slip for our boat. We definately will try & reserve it again the next time we make a trip to the lake.

Went with 2 of my good friends and our daughters over Veteran's Day weekend! The place was spotless and had anything and everything you would need. When we go back this is the place we will stay again and again!

We stayed in both of condos this summer and both times things were great! the condos are HUGE with plenty of room for everyone. jen is great to work with also!!
