This is a unique fully equipped property has glorious direct views of Vineyard Sound, direct large sandy beach access 30 feet away, and many amenities that make it a perfect vacation spot. The Grafton Inn can accommodate your large family, family reunions, corporate meetings, retreats or off-sites, and many other special occasions, or events year-round.

The property sleeps 20+ comfortably, with 10 bedrooms (all air conditioned), each with a full bathroom with shower, and 2 additional full bathrooms. There is an additional room on the first floor that can be fully closed off (with an attached bathroom) to serve as an 11th bedroom if you bring a blow up mattress or sleeping bags (perfect for kids!). There are ocean views from most bedrooms and common areas, including a four season enclosed porch with expansive panoramic water and Vineyard views.

There is a fully equipped kitchen (including pots/pans/dishes/glasses/wine glasses/2 toasters/2 coffee pots/blender/microwave/extra large fridge in shed and small fridge with ice maker on indoor porch), linens, bath towels, wireless high-speed internet, and cable TV in every bedroom. A washer/dryer is also available for use, as well as a fenced in outside area with a very large natural gas BBQ, 2 picnic tables and lounge chairs. A private parking lot for the property can easily fit at least 14 cars.

Awesome views - - great for large families

This property exceeded our high expectations ! The water views, sailboats passing by, beach proximity and amenities made for a great vacation for our large extended family.
Each of the 9 bedrooms having their own bathrooms and plenty of interior space for group meals and activities was great. This grand old victorian beach house is in wonderful condition considering it's age and was fully equipped.
We plan on being back !

FANTASTIC location, great house

Many months ago, we selected this house for a family reunion to celebrate our father's 90th birthday. The group eventually grew to 19. The house nicely accommodated all of us - living together, eating together, playing games, going to the beach. This is not a new house, and the furnishings are not luxurious, but it's extremely comfortable.

There's a nice yard, great parking, close-by shopping - and the beach is right across the street! While the beach was busy, it was never too crowded. From a Californian's perspective, the house's architecture is inviting and intriguing. There are a number of quirks to this old house that we found delightful (the switch for the 3rd floor hall light is in the kitchen!).

We had a handicapped child to accommodate and the house worked well for him, as well as for a 1-year-old and a 90-year-old. This range of ages and needs took a lot of advance planning. Felicia, the owner, was extremely helpful, providing lots of information and answers to all our questions.

The house was everything we'd hoped for!

Great house !!!!

"This was a great venue for our family "reunion vacation". The water views and beach access are really exceptional - - WOW !!! The front porch was a wonderful family gathering spot and there were plenty of other areas in the house where we could get together. Each of the bedrooms having its own bathroom was a huge plus for our multi-generational group. Proximity to shopping, the bike path, the park and lots of off-street parking added to the convenience. A great value for our large group. We plan on another trip back soon."
