Kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer/dryer and ceramic tile floors. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors leads from living room into a fully screened balcony with ceiling fan and outdoor furniture overlooking the garden. For a minimual charge, enjoy Backwater Jacks private resturant located at the Marina Club.
BBQ is located next to the tennis courts. Enjoy the private heated pool, hot tub, tennis courts, cable TV, local charter boats, canoeing, bicycling, fine dining and a private two acre beach club on the gulf with showers, chairs, grills and tables.
Just a few minutes from SW Florida International Airport, Sanibel and Captiva Island, Ft. Myers and Naples.
Relax at Bonita Bay's 2 acre private beach w/bathrooms, showers, chairs, umbrellas and a pavilion to enjoy your own packed lunch and a free shuttle bus service from condo during winter season only.
