Very short 350 yard walk to beach and the warm water shores of Nantucket Sound. This immaculate and updated 4 bedroom home provides large updated living areas that are perfect for one to two families. Four bedrooms, eat-in-kitchen, separate dining room, sun room, and large family room. Two areas for TV/VCR/DVD cable viewing and stereo/radio listening. Washer/Dryer. Bedrooms are set up: queen, queen, 1 twin bunk+1 twin, and 2 sets of twin bunks. Large double lot for family fun. Two patios, one with giant picnic table and 9X9 umbrella with mosquito netting for eating outside. Gas grill with 2 tanks. Giant outdoor shower with toilet and sink. Beach wagon to make the short walk to the beach easy with all your things. Home is set between 2 cul-de-sacs so street traffic is non-existent which makes it very safe for the kids. All the cooking tools, pots, pans that you could need including huge lobster pot, coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, gas stove big refrigerator, and cooler
