Situated in Carrabassett Valley just past Tufulio's & Ayotte's Country Store toward Sugarloaf Mountain off Rte 27, just 5 miles from Sugarloaf Mtn access road. Less than one mile from Tufulio's Bar and Grill, Carrabasset Inn, and Ayotte's. First floor has wide open living room and kitchen separated with bar. Living room contains entertainment center with 42' LCD HDTV, home theater system and propane fireplace for maximum enjoyment after a long day at the slopes and gathering with friends and family. Spacious deck with 8 person hot tub where you can enjoy the views of Bigelow Mountain Range and babbling brook sounds after your favorite outdoor activity. Basement level with separate entryway, kitchenette, bedroom, full bath, and laundry room provides increased room for large parties. Home is brand new and fully furnished with wireless net access

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was large, nicely appointed, and clean. Also, it had a good location being not too far from Sugarloaf. We will definitely book again next year.

Snowmobile Trip with the Guys

I can't say enough about the main floor of this condo. It was extremely comfortable, fit all 7 of us easy and had a great TV and sound system. After a full day of snow mobiling we ate a big dinner using all the great appliances including outside grill. We hung out in the hot tub and hook up our Xbox and played video games all night. The upstairs was a little cramped with multiple bunk beds per room. The master was nice but the rest of us were cramped. Jason was easy to deal with and we had a blast. Definately staying again.
