Ski-in, ski-out from this luxury Sunrise slopeside tri-level condo nestled between Sunrise and Bear Mountain at Killington. Beautifully furnished condo features brand new renovated granite and stainless kitchen, dining area, sundeck, vaulted ceiling, skylight living room with large brick wood-burning fireplace, 3 cable TVs, 3 VCR/DVDs, stereo, washer/dryer. This unit is sparkling clean, cozy, and very tastefully decorated. Sleeps 11, master bedroom with king bed and private deck, 1 bedroom with queen bed and full-size pull-out, 1 bedroom with two twin beds, and 1 bedroom with full-size bed and twin bunkbed. # full baths w/sauna whirlpool tub. Free access to premier on-site restaurant and health complex with indoor/outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and exercise/weight room. Free use of Sunrise lift, ice skates(for our very charming skating pond), snow shoes and fishing poles. Firewood, linens and towels included

Guests of the Sunrise complex are entitled to free use of the Sunrise chairlift, snowshoes, ice skates and cross-country ski equipment. The area also offers a ton of antique shops, restaurants, apres-skiing activities, mountain biking, horseback riding, fishing and of course Skiing!!!!!

This property is located on Killington mountain. Skiing to and from your vacation home is a delight! (especially for those of us with children). This condo is our family treasure. Great ... and not so great.

Fantastic place; poor Owner customer service.

Great location on the mountain. End unit. Privacy. Clean. Very well accommodated our group of eight with room to spare. Rare to find a living room with enough seating to match the bed count! Kitchen with all necessary amenities. Easy one minute drive to the health club with large heated spa and a pool. Two minute drive to Bear Mountain lodge, while seven minute drive to Killington Base.

But... it took a week of connecting with the Owner to establish availability, and then a full second week to receive the contract. If I hadn't planned two months in advance, I would have walked away. I know there was no intended malice, but I had to call three times to facilitate the return of my security deposit - yet it was indeed returned in full.
