Located on a small, private road, the house is convenient to many attractions. * Manchester is just 13 miles away * Magic Mountain is just 3 miles * Bromley is 9 miles (Bromley Fun Zone) * Stratton, is 12 miles away * Okemo, less than 20 miles away Peaceful, contemporary-style home surrounded by 105 acres of town land where you can hike or x-country ski, directly out the backdoor. There is a beaver dam behind the house and tons of wildlife to explore on this pristine property including beavers, deer, blue heron, osprey, and hummingbirds. * Tater Hill 18 hole Golf Course just 4 miles away * Lowell Lake, a 200 acre StatePark is 3 miles away * Canoe at house - Drive up to the lake and unload * Numerous mountain biking trails * Beautiful country roads for road biking * Local pond, when frozen, is a favorite for ice skating. * Saturday Market (seasonal) is walking distance or quick drive.

  • Season $12,000 includes all.
    Monthly $4,000.
    Holiday week $1,600 - $1800
    Non-Holiday week $1,300.
    Holiday weekend (3 Nights) $1,200.
    $350 per Night (2 night min)
    (plus 9% VT tax for stays less than 30 days).


    Amenities include; Free cable, broadband Internet access, caretaker (garbage removal/ plowing) , wood, and gas for grill. Also provided for your convenience; coffee, popcorn and hot cocoa, Movies, CDs and PlayStation, hair dryer
    (Refundable deposit of $50/person required). Cleaning is $100 for 5 people or less.

Manchester, just 13 miles from our home, has outlet shopping galore and many fine restaurants. Very close to Weston where you can enjoy the Weston Playhouse, the Weston Antiques Show (October), and The Vermont Country Store.

Golf: Windham Golf Club at Tater Hill. Just 5 miles from our house is a beautiful course. Recently purchased by the Okemo Mountain Resort, This 18 hole public course has been renovated with even more amenities. Stratton Golf. This 27 hole Championship has hosted six LPGA events.
