The villa is in a small private road, half an hours drive from Larnaca airport,15mins from Limassol. It provides very comfortable air conditioned accommodation for up to 5 people, with 2 bedrooms, one double with balcony, and one twin both with lovely views,1 settee, perfect for family/small group. Has everything needed to make it a perfect holiday home. The villa has an open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area, excellent for socialising. Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, fridge/freezer, washing machine etc. all water suitable for drinking. The lounge has TV, DVD/CD player. Fully furnished. Linen and towels provided. The open plan living area has large doors opening out to terrace and pretty maintained gardens. The terrace has an awning to provide shade in the heat of the day. Gardens all around villa and car port. Outside shower for cooling off. Solar panels heating water, immersion heater for emergencies. Has central heating for cooler evenings

Governors Beach is a delightful area with miles of unspoiled scenery mid way between Larnaca and Limassol., Gentle sloping of the very soft sandy beach with the crystal clear sea great for swimming and children, beautiful rocky chalk cliffs for diving and snorkeling. There are several very nice tavernas on the beach to choose from where you can enjoy lunch/dinner sitting under the trees and watching the sea. Cars can be hired at Larnaca or Paphos airports before or on arrival. It's half an hours' drive from the airport on A5 motorway and 5 minutes off the main motorway to the villa thereby being easily accessible. It's very central for visiting different places like Paphos, Troodos Mountains, Nicosia and many historic sites around Cyprus. Larnaca/Limassol tourist areas where you can enjoy night life are less than 20 min drive away. Supermarket, bakery, fishmonger/butcher, chemist etc about 5 minutes drive from villa at cross road for Zigyi or junction 15 on A5 motorway.

Does no one else write reviews. I wrote the last one and I am damn well going to write another. I have just come back from Cyprus after staying a week at the Villa, and it was perfection again. I went back after staying last year and Sue always makes sure that there is clean bedding, towels, toilet tissue available and the place is spotless. Thank you again for our stay.......and I will be back again.....perfect Villa, perfect location, Perfect Sue.

PS. Cars are reasonable to hire and you can go wherever you please and see the whole Island.

Spent one week here and what a wonderful homely villa this is....air conditioned, all white goods, and even an iron and ironing board. Only 30 secs drive from the beach (I know, we were lazy), but I would recommend this villa and Sue. But you will need a car to get out further, but it's only 10 mins from Limassol and only 25 mins from Larnarka. I will be contacting Sue to make another booking as this was perfect in every way. Thanks Sue.
