This 3 bedroom Fairway 9 upstairs unit is located in Elkhorn Resort, Sun Valley. Elkhorn boasts a redesigned and renovated golf course which opened Summer of 2005 and is one of the premier golf courses in Idaho. Sun Valley has opened a new Golf Clubhouse and new hill top 9 holes. Baldy Mountain - The Sun Valley Ski resort boasts a variety of terrain, snowboard halfpipe, mogul run and a separate beginner's ski area for all ages at Dollar Mountain. The unit has an open floor plan with exposed beams and light. Enjoy all the comforts of home at your fingertips with all new kitchen appliances and flooring in 2004 in this well-maintained complex. A free shuttle kart bus runs through the area 7 days/week and stops all around the towns of Ketchum and Sun Valley and at the three base lodges, one at Dollar Mt. and two at Baldy Mt. This location makes a vehicle unnecessary. The onsite pool is open in the summer and a hot tub/Jacuzzi will warm you year round

The Sun Valley area is spectacular and beautiful. The resort boasts the Summer Symphony, Fall Jazz Festival and Performing Arts year round. No matter what time you visit, you'll find plenty to do or time to just relax. Ketchum, the town at the base of the mountain has a warm and friendly atmosphere with a western flair. Outdoor activities are abundant year-round. Winter: ski the 3400 vertical terrain of world class Bald Mountain, with a variety skiing for all levels. A new snowboard halfpipe and mogul run were developed in 2005. A brand new Ski Lodge was built at Dollar Mt in 2007. Heli and cat skiing, backcountry skiing, sledding and snowmobiling are available nearby. Nordic skiing offers classic, skate and snowshoeing. Excellent ski schools and day cares and rental facilities are available. Enjoy the Christmas holidays with Charles Dickens carolers and hot cocoa and a Christmas Eve Ice show at the outdoor rink followed by fireworks.
