This new (2004) condo is located in the McCormick Ranch development in prestigious Scottsdale. The condo is tastefully furnished and very comfortable. The second floor unit is in a gated community within McCormick Ranch. With separate bedrooms and walk-in closets located at opposite ends of the unit it is perfect for two couples to share. The pool, spa and fitness center are readily accessible from the unit.

The unit enjoys a quiet atmosphere and is a perfect Arizona getaway. Close to elite shopping destinations such as Fashion Square Mall and the Borgata. Numerous championship golf courses are within 15 minutes from the door and include; Talking Stick, Camelback, Orange Tree, Silverado, Kierland, TPC, Mc Cormick Ranch and others. Located less than 2 miles from the new 101 freeway, you can easily commute around the valley. Two casinos are located nearby.
