We would like to welcome you to Vista La Sal, our home-away-from-home. Our get-away offers you a place to rest and relax during your adventures in Moab. Rim Vistas townhomes were named for the outstanding views of the Moab Rim. We call our end/corner unit 'Vista La Sal' because almost every room in the home has SPECTACULAR VIEWS of the majestic La Sal Mountains with Moab’s stunning red rock in the foreground. You’ll love to watch as the sun paints the scenery a thousand colors from the comfort of colorful and well decorated spaces.

Our 1560 square-foot vacation home is equipped with everything to make your stay convenient and comfortable. Amenities include a full-kitchen and dining accommodations for eight. The living room has two over-sized windows with commanding views of the La Sal Mountains, vaulted-ceilings, and a gas fireplace. The entertainment center has a 42' LCD flat screen TV with basic cable service, surround-sound stereo with iPod/iPhone docking station and 5-disc CD/DVD player. The patio has comfortable seating for six and a deluxe gas grill to enjoy the phenomenal views of the setting sun on the La Sals. The master bedroom, on the main floor, has a king bed and private bath. A half bath and laundry facilities complete the main floor.

Upstairs, a loft above the dining room features a TV and VCR and is the perfect place for napping on the sofa sleeper or enjoying the gorgeous view of the Moab Rim. A full bath and two bedrooms upstairs will accommodate you in either a queen size bed in one bedroom or a full bed and single futon in the other.

The enclosed two-car GARAGE provides you with a secure place to store and work on your toys. Additional off-street parking is nearby. Our townhome is located a short drive 5 minutes south of downtown Moab.

PETS are welcome (with additional rent). The pool and hot-tub are across the cul-de-sac of our home. Smoking is strictly prohibited in our home and garage. Our home is the new phase of the Rim Village Vistas development.

Just a quick note to thank you for the use of your condo last week. We had a wonderful time in Moab and especially enjoyed our stay at your home. It's a lovely, comfortable place. We took advantage of the pool and we enjoyed a beautiful evening on the patio looking at the stars. For us city dwellers, it was a real treat.

Drew and Lucy love to mountain bike. We live in Utah primarily because of the abundant excellent outdoor sports available so close to home. Moab is one of our favorite mountain-biking destinations.

We purchased the townhome in Moab because we love the climate, culture, and outdoor adventures we experience there. We were looking for a place to relax and gather with friends instead of cutting our adventures short looking for a campsite or available hotel room. Moab is a unique melting pot in Utah; we love that all walks of life converge on this small town to enjoy the eclectic mix of people and its incredible beauty.

After a day on the trails, we love to relax on the patio, with its large gas grill, comfy furniture, and gorgeous views of the La Sal Mountains and Moab Rim. The attached 2-car garage is an added benefit so we can work on our bikes to prepare to get beat up the next day! The pool is beautiful, and we enjoy the same great views from the pool as from our patio. The loft area is really nice when we have friends with kids visit us, as the kids can play games upstairs and give the adults some space. We have an old home as our primary residence, so it is wonderful to be surrounded by new, modern amenities at our get-away home.

We traveled Southern Utah for 12 days and thoroughly enjoyed a very nice home in place of hotels. My kids loved the pool. Great maps and adventure guides. 5 days not nearly enough. Hike, bike, ATV, climb, canyoneer, raft, & Moab Brewery.

It was outstandingly perfect! The owner's description was spot on. Don't miss the sun setting on the mountains from the patio. The owner's suggestions for eating out were great. There was not a bad place on the list. We were close to all of our outdoor activities. When we rested for the day at the townhouse the pool was relaxing n clean. Speaking of clean, the townhouse was spotless and roomy. The owners were easy to work with and they were quick to respond to any and all questions.

The property was a very nice 3 BR town home just a few miles south of Moab. It was easy to find. The owners instructions were spot on for location and for gaining access to the garage. The propery was nicely decorated, very clean, quiet and very well maintained. The listing photo captured the property and surroundings very well. We enjoyed the lovely views and proximity to Moab. Our family of 4 was very comfortable staying there. This was our first time in Moab and we found it to be beautiful. We spent time in Arches National Park and did a Hummer tour of the local sandstone ridge which was great fun. We had a great breakfast outside at the Jailhouse Cafe in Moab which was excellent. We had no problems with our stay...just that it wasn't long enough!
