Mountaintop Chalet with view of Big Boulder at night. Relax in front of the fireplace in the colder weather or BBQ on the large deck in the warmer weather. Perfect location for winter sports or just to relax and get away. There are many restaurants in the area to enjoy good food and friendly people. 8/10 mile from the lake which offers a life-guarded beach in the summer, playground, tennis, volleyball & basketball courts, quoit, horseshoe and fire pits, etc. 2.5 miles from Big Boulder & 5 miles from Jack Frost Ski resorts. Just a few miles to Split Rock Resort & Lake Harmony. One mile from the the Pocono Raceway. Approx. 15 minutes to the Crossings Outlets & Camelback/Camelbeach; 20 miles to Mt. Airy Resort Casino. The community lake is stocked with trout and bass. PA fishing license is required

Notes: The house has 3 bedrooms, one on the 1st floor and two on the 2nd floor; two full baths - one on each floor. The loft has two full size futons, a TV/VCR, bean bag chairs and games. The living room is divided into a seating area and a TV area - both easily combined. The TV area has a TV/VCR combo and a DVD player (this is located next to the sitting area. The house is clean and comfortable and has all the comforts of home and close to resorts and many good restaurants. There is also a recreation room with 8 foot slate pool table, dartboard with plastic tip darts; bar area and sitting area with propane fireplace, TV, DVD player. Sliding glass doors open out to driveway for easy access. House has also just been re-sided with vinyl siding and sliding glass doors to large deck have been replaced. (new photos coming soon).

We spent a weekend at this chalet and were very pleased! The owner was very easy to deal with and the home was in great, clean condition! The views were amazing and the location was perfect! It is only about 25 minutes from Jim Thorpe and close to walking trails along the Lehigh Gorge. Great spot to getaway for the weekend. We would stay here in the future! Thank you!
Owner's Response: and with winter coming.... we're just 2 miles from Big Boulder and 5 miles from Jack Frost ski resorts. Sister resorts - buy one ticket - ski at both.
