Amenities include: Free wireless Internet, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and large fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer, dedicated car port, multiple TVs, DVD players, and CD player. Newport Beach is located along the beautiful Pacific ocean in Orange County, California, nestled south of Los Angeles, north of San Diego, and southwest of the Disneyland resort in Anaheim. The Mediterranean climate of pleasantly warm days and cool evenings provides a perfect, year-round backdrop for a refreshing vacation.

Nearest Airport: John Wayne, Orange County Airport at 9 Miles
This apartment building is located on the boardwalk, 5 blocks east of the Newport pier. After exiting the front door, turn right and in 10 steps you're on the sand. This unit is on ground level but does not have a view of the ocean. There are public tennis courts one block away. Restaurants, stores, movie theaters and a major shopping mall are all within a 10 minute drive. Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm are 30 minutes away. Our address is 1700 W. Oceanfront unit B Newport Beach Ca. 92663 We are located at 17th and Oceanfront.

This is a perfect location if you are a Newport lover!! Close to the pier but not too close. Great kitchen with plenty for cooking anything. 15 steps to the sand! My family has come here 2 years in a row. It will be our summer vacation as long as it is standing!! Awesome owner. Very helpful. Clean house! Quiet neighbors for a beach house. Just the best. Thanks Julio!!!

This is a great place to stay, literally steps from the boardwalk. This is a one bedroom apt and is very roomy and clean, kitchen was fully equipped and unit came with a washer and dryer. We walked to the Newport Pier everynight, just 4 blocks down the boardwalk and you are there. Julio and Pam were always available for questions and answered them promptly. The depost and the cost for a weekly stay was one of the most reasonable I could find. I was very happy with this location and would recommend to anyone or rent for myself again.

My family and I had a wonderful, relaxing week vacation staying in this apartment. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities needed for the week and the washer and dryer in the unit was a blessing! The beach and surf were awesome, it was so nice to be so close to the beach, can't wait to return next summer!

Clean, neat and stocked wonderfully. Steps from the sand with adequate parking availability. Quiet neighborhood, and very close to shops and dining. We're definately staying here again! I'd recommend to anyone, anytime! Thanks to Julio and crew for making this surprise 25th B-day get-away celebration a complete success for my daughter! Lesley
