This spacious four bedroom, three bathroom single family house was recently purchased and has all new furniture throughout. It is located in a quiet area Sea Pines Plantation Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. This home features a great room with cathedral ceiling and fireplace; two master bedrooms on the first floor (one king-size bed and one queen-size bed) each with attached full bath; the second floor has two bedrooms with a shared bathroom (each with two twin beds); lovely deck with beautiful wooded area/lagoon view. A perfect place for an island retreat! Feel free to give us a call.

Great house in great condition and an excellent central location. I loved the
back deck as well as it overlooked beautiful trees with Spanish moss.
The house is very roomy with an open floorplan. Very clean and well kept.

The home suited our needs perfectly. Plenty of room for two families and our Golden Retriever. With three full baths there was never a wait and the 92 gallon water heater proved more than adequate for lots of showers and clothes washing. Great location for bicycle riding. Super convenient to the Sea Pines Gate. Great week. Great house. Thanks.

Our family stayed April 3 - 10, 2004. The house is set up perfectly for a large family. The master is downstairs, and has a king-sized bed. The second bedroom downstairs has a queen, and both rooms have their own full bath. The two bedrooms upstairs each have 2 twin beds and share a bathroom - perfect for kids. The kitchen is well stocked, and the dining and family room area is spacious. Being able to bring our two cocker spaniels was wonderful. Our family enjoyed the house, and felt it was a good value for the space and location. We would definitely go back again.
