Easy access to everything! Well laid-out home on the bayside in North Eastham on quiet cul-de-sac road. Large rooms with all amenities. First floor bedroom,(1 full size bed) and full bath, second floor, 2 bedrooms,(5 twins) and full bath. Home sleeps 7. 1,550 sq ft of living space. Slider from dining room leads to deck and enclosed outdoor shower. All new appliances,(Stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave) Only 1.5 miles to bay beach. 5 minute drive to ocean beaches. Bike trail is just a short drive on back road. Wellfleet Drive-In, Flea Market and Mini Golf less than 1 mile away. Ben & Jerry's, Dunkin' Donuts, fish markets, deli's, restaurants, pizza, driving range, gas stations all just a short drive on back roads. Ocean, bay, and pond swimming, wind-sailing, canoeing, kayaking, nature trails, bird watching, tennis courts, whale watching, deep sea fishing, bike path & bike rentals, Audubon Society, are all available.

Eastham has it all, including wooded trails, salt marshes, open ocean, protected bays and fresh water ponds. Sunsets that defy description, but will be kept in your heart forever, can be enjoyed from any of our beautiful bay beaches. Beaches: The western border of Eastham is lined with six miles of beautiful beaches overlooking Cape Cod Bay. Just as magical as the National Seashore, Cape Cod Bay offers calmer and warmer waters, amazing flats at low tide and breathtaking sunsets. The most notable and largest Eastham bay beach is First Encounter, the location where the native Indians first encountered the pilgrims in 1620. Kayaking / Canoeing: The marshes and open waters surrounding Eastham provides some of the best kayaking and canoeing on the Cape and the East Coast.

We rent on the Cape most summers and have stayed in a variety of houses and cottages. Some very close to the beach, some a little further inland, some large and some small. While we've never been totally disappointed (how upset can you be on the Cape?!?), there have certainly been some better than others. Your house was one of the best we've stayed in. Everything was clean upon our arrival, everything worked well, the house itself was charming, and the location was great. Most of Kathie's family also vacations on the Cape and we will certainly recommend you if they are interested in renting. We had a wonderful vacation. Thank you very much for taking such pride and care.

Could not have asked for a more perfect week 6/17/06-6/24/06. Weather was great, and the home was fabulous. Owners were great to work with. All amenities were as advertised. Can't wait until next year

Our family rented from this home for a week in August. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. The location was close to everything. Homeowners were GREAT to deal with. We highly recommend!!

Spent a relaxing weeking in July at the LEvitt's home. Everything is supplied that is needed. Owners were very easy to deal with. Can't wait to book again in 2006
