This unit is for RENT or FOR SALE (I am also open to a partners) Directly on the inter-coastal waterway (Roberts Bay) is Venice Isle. Walk two short blocks and your on Venice Avenue, a beautiful drive where you will find eateries, shopping and taverns. Go down the drive and enjoy the parklike setting, the recreational areas just one block down have tennis, basketball and more. Keep walking a few blocks and you are at the beach, sunning yourself right off of million dollar condominiums, most so new they aren't even finished. Bella Costa II has a private parking spot, ample guest spots, a private pool, docks, a parklike area on the inter coastal, gas grill and a clubhouse for the active adult.But a short walk to anything in downtown Venice, or drive up to Sarasota, just 15 miles north, visit Casey Key and the plush home of Oprah and Stephen King, or drive south and visit Englewood and Boca Grande for wonderful beaches and dining. The unit comes fully appointed and the location is key!

Your on Venice Isle, a world away from the other parts of Venice that simply do not match up, they are nice but not like the island! Siesta Key, Saint Armands Key, Longboat Key and Casey Key are all but 20 minutes away. Sarasota alone will completely satisfy your desire to get a taste of a larger city with many amenities. Travel south to visit Manasota Key, Englewood, Port Charlotte and Punta Gordo, or stay on the coast and visit the spectacular town of Boca Grande. So many golf courses, so many restaurants and each town has a different feel. The Gulf Coast has something for everyone and Venice Isle is located central to it all. But try not to forget the pristine uncrowded beach when your having all your fun.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Peak Season inclusive of utilities $2800 with a 3 month minimum, will split the season if possible.
  • Three month minimum on rentals during the high season from December to May, with discounts given!
    Off season is negotiable for long-term rentals.
    Cancellation policy is as follows: 100% refund as long as I re-rent for same or more less $100. If I incur a loss it is borne by you 100% up to the full contract price less sec. deposit, to include everything spelled out in signed lease.
  • Long-term and year round renters are welcomed, this complex is comprised of mostly year round residents and you will find Venice is just as much fun in the summer.

Decor: The home has underwent a complete rehab., great attention to detail has gone into the decor, the paintings and pottery...........we have a very nice camera but the pictures do not do it justice! The home is outfitted extensively in the kitchen, with additional equipment to make your stay as comfortable as possible.........iron, laundry items and so many small details........just come with your clothes and toiletries and everything else is there.
