Directly on the ocean - sweeping views of the Atlantic, Nubble Light and Boon Island. Quiet. lovely, well appointed and private home on private road with lovely, large yard and ocean side decks. Enjoy the famous rocky Maine coast in the front yard of this contemporary home. Enjoy quiet afternoons in the hammock watching lobster boats or enjoy a shower in the outdoor shower while enjoying the ocean views. House is fully equipped, well maintained and recently updated with hardwood floors, new decks. Perfect for relaxing. Neighborhood is comprised of full time residents in well maintained single family, large homes. 5 Minute drive to Long Sands Beach in York or 10 minutes up the shore road to Ogunquit. Outlet shopping in Kittery is a 15 minute drive. A private rocky beach is steps away and a sandy beach is down the street by either car or walking. You will delight in your vacation.

What a special location and house! The ocean views with lighthouses, boats, sun and moon rises all spectactular. Located in a quiet private neighborhood, the kids loved playing on the rocks, in the yard and fighting over the hammock. The house is well maintained, very clean with everything including television, music and internet. We spent most of the time, night and day on the deck by the water. Highly recommend this if you can get it. We've had trouble booking for the same week next year.

My Stay at Cape Neddick

This rental was better than I expected. It was clean and neat. Every item was available to use to cook with or shower with. The furnishings and decor were well appointed with many detailed accessories.

The second floor balcony from the master bedroom was great to walk onto in the morning with your coffee or breakfast to enjoy the ocean views.Downstairs offered more of the same with an expansive deck completely furnished with chairs, chaise lounges, and table.

The location of the house was nestled in a very quiet neigborhood with other beautiful homes. Our stay at this rental was tranquil and very relaxing. We enjoyed it tremendously! We would recommend this rental to friends and family.

Ten minutes away was the great town of Ogunquit where we enjoyed shopping,dining, and fantastic walks on Ogunquit Beach- the cleanest beach I have ever walked on.

I wish our stay could have been longer than a week!
