Photos and Description of the Provincetown vacation studio rental

This studio condo is located in the popular Bull Ring Wharf Complex on the water on Commercial Street. This unit has spectacular water views from the kitchen and living room windows. It is a first floor unit that was completely renovated and includes a new kitchen, table, sleep sofa, bathroom, bed, and air-conditioner. The bathroom is tiled and the large room has wide pine hardwood floors. The bathroom has a shower stall. Provided in the unit are sheets and towels, a fully stocked kitchen with a microwave, toaster, and coffee pot, a washer and dryer, stereo, and a TV with VCR. It is only five steps to one of two common decks that overlooks a public sandy beach and MacMillan Wharf. The decks are loaded with lounge chairs for relaxing and tables for having lunch. Two grills are also provided. It is a 3-minute walk to the center of town, restaurants, and shopping. Beaches can be accessed by bicycle or car. There is parking provided on-site for one car.

Location: Cape Cod < Massachusetts < USA

Provincetown is a popular vacation spot in both the summer and winter. Summer vacationers can enjoy whale watching, dune trips, a day at the beach, charter boat fishing, or golfing. Bicycles can be rented for a day trip on the beautiful bike path that winds through the dunes and ends at Race Point Beach. Beach goers can also enjoy the miles of National Seashore beaches. Day permits are availble for off road vehicles. Provincetown also offers an abundance of restaurants and shopping for all tastes. Theaters and night clubs offer movies and live shows, plays, and music. A short drive away is the Wellfleet Drive-In. Theme weeks in the summer include Carnival, Family Week, and Women's Week. Memorial Day weekend and July 4th are also very popular. Off-season vacationers enjoy many of the same activites but without the crowds.

You couldn't ask for more. Great for just two people, best location, studio is immaculate, owners are very nice. There's everything there that you'll need.very cozy.
I've been returning to this place for 21 years. Need i say more.
As for a restaurant in town, i love" lobster pot", hate "clem and ursies".
You don't need a car to stay at the bullring,
Its walking distance to everything.

Excellent location! Able to walk out barefoot right onto the beach! Right in the heart of Commercial Street. Stayed for a week, and had a wonderful time. Very clean, and beautifully decorated. Owners were wonderful and easy to work with.

Great Place to Stay

This condo is an excellent choice for single or couple to stay. Spent a week here, and enjoyed it thoroughly. Everything you need is right here. Remodeled and great energy within studio. Close to town, great complex with amazing views. Spent a lot of time just lounging on the deck, and walking the beachfront. I know Ptown well, used to own a home here, and would recomend this space to all. Can't wait to come again next year, maybe sooner.

Great Cozy Getaway

I just stayed here for 3 1/2 weeks and had a great stay. Studio is clean, comfortable, and cozy and located in a great part of Provincetown with all the comforts of home and great WiFi access. Can't wait to come back!

So close to the beach and the town

Hi,
we went for a winter escapade with our toddler and we loved being close to the beautiful beach of PTown and the shops and public library. The landlords were very accomodating and the place was clean and had all your needed to cook.
