Sunset Reflections is a beautiful home with private heated pool, 100 feet to the beach, awesome almost beachfront views, undev beach area, screen porch, boat parking. Located on North Cape San Blas, sun sets over the ocean all year. 1/2 mile to the state park and boat ramp on St Joseph Bay. Bike path to park. Now with pool heater and solar cover to keep the pool nice and warm. Hardwood throughout main floor, a huge entertainers kitchen, 2 living rooms with DVD and VCR players and 2 dining areas. Spectacular, almost beachfront views of the Gulf of Mexico. Cape San Blas rated #1 beach in North America and is pet friendly. Features a private swimming pool, easy access to the beach and gulf. It has two huge decks (1 screened) looking out over the gulf. It has 2 water heaters and 2 A/C units for maximum comfort. Grill. The 2 masters feature king sized beds, tile surround bathrooms, Jacuzzi tubs and spectacular views through French doors that open onto balcony.

I loved the idea of everyone in the party w/ a king-sized bed
and private bath..The pool came in handy for sheer relaxation
w/o the sand..Quiet beaches and friendly neighbors were also
a plus. My dog loved the screened-in porch on those rainy afternoons and evenings...the view and the breeze were top notch, especially on the upper-level unscreened porch. The kitchen was the perfect size for too many cooks!!! And the outside shower and hose came in handy for my dog's final bath before leaving for home!! AND the sunsets were absolutely beautiful, despite the rainy days!!! Am looking forward to my next Cape San Blas vacation with my dog,Stella....

This was our second year at SRT on Cape San Blas, and the most relaxing vacation ever with the absence of high rises and beach traffic. SRT has every ammenity that I believe anyone could hope for. It's almost like a dream come true and you can bet your britches we'll be back. Thanks so much for having us Anne and Rex!

Comment Text: SRT is by far the best home we've ever rented on the best beach of all we've been to. The screened balcony and private pool served us perfectly because we are bug magnets and I don't swim with sea creatures.
The kitchen is well equipped and a great size for team cooking/cleaning. The beach is secluded and just gorgeous! During our visit, the moon was full and lit up the beach for wonderful evening walks following the awesome sunsets.
We were also thrilled to witness a huge sea turtle come on shore then go back out to sea. You won't see that at a crowded beach! Anne and Rex we loved your home and all its ammenities. This was one of the best vacations ever for us!

Weather was fantastic! We loved sitting out on the porches playing games, watching sunsets or just relaxing. The large house and private pool made for a great vacation. We had fun times on the shore and it was so non-commerical! We just loved it! Like being on your own private vacation. We'll be sure to return in the future.

WOW!! What an amazing time we had last week with the family. The house was everything we could hope for and more. Just as well have been ocean front!! Even the little bit of rain did not deter the good time had by all. We hope to see you again, soon!!

This was our second year at Cape San Blas and we had another great time. We loved the roominess of the house and spaciousness of the bedrooms. The improvements have enhanced the beach and we had several days of clear, calm water. Since we had small children with us, we enjoyed getting take-out from Indian Pass Raw Bar. We look forward to next summer at Cape San Blas.
