The villa even offers a Game Room that includes a Pool Table, Foosball, and Card Table. As many of our guests have said, this is the perfect place for you and your family to enjoy all that the area offers and still offer you a quiet and comfortable setting to relax each evening.

Our villa is conveniently located to all of the Walt Disney World attractions, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, Discovery Cove, Golf, and Wet N' Wild. There is also an enormous amount of restaurants and nearby shopping for your added convenience. You are only an hours drive from reaching the Kennedy Space Center and the Atlantic beaches. The Tampa/St. Petersburg area along with the white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast, are just a little over an hours drive to the west. There are numerous golf courses less than 10 minutes away. There are even miniature golf courses in the area that kids of all ages will enjoy. As you can see, we are in a perfect central location to all of the activities that this exciting area has to offer.

The 2 master suites are exquisitely furnished with your comfort in mind. They offer 1 king and 1 queen size bed, private full bath, cable TV, and enormous closet space for plenty of storage. Just minutes from Disney and other Orlando attractions. You can't beat the location!

We rented your house in Emerald Island Feb 23, 2007 for 9 nights - it was so nice to come back to a spacious house after spending time at the busy parks. We loved the game room and played pool every night. The hot tub and pool were great although we would have liked the hot tub a little warmer - oh well, it was still totally relaxing! We will definitely be back hopefully next year. Actually the drive to the parks wasn't too bad either. . .thanks again for the wonderful memories!

Thank you so much for our stay at your vacation home. Our son participates in Track and Field for AAU. Your house was the perfect place to relax and prepare for the daily track meets at Disney.

Both my wife and I have backgrounds as professional chefs and having a real kitchen to work from while on vacation was a joy.

As an IT manager who has to deal with web security and fraud issues, I want to thank you for being one of the few legitimate people to deal with in terms of money! Your house is everything you advertise and your handling of my credit card information has been professional and expediant.

What a lovely home this is. We particularly enjoyed having a pool to relax in every day. It was nice and quiet and immaculate. We cooked with ease with a fully equipped kitchen. We also ate at the local Giordano's restaurant which was located right at Formosa Gardens.

We went to nearby MGM studios and enjoyed the Clubhouse for our wireless internet. I enjoyed the two dining areas as well as the large counter set up for impromptu snacks.

The beds were very comfortable;and so was the well appointed sofas.Our family looks forward to leasing another one Of Dennis & Arlene's home or condo in the future.

In Feb. 2006 We rented this beautiful fully furnished and equipped house in a new gated community that is in disney's backyard. Everyone loved the game room and the large heated pool / jacuzzi after a long day in the parks.
This was our second time we stayed at emerald island. Why be cramped in small disney hotel rooms when you can have a new 4 bedroom house with your own private pool for less than the price of one hotel room?
MAKE SURE TO TAKE THE GREAT BACK WAY INTO DISNEY TO AVOID THE TRAFFIC. Leaving the house, turn rt on 192, then left at lite on Sherberth. Turn right at lite onto Oscela Pkwy & follow signs to Disney. Coming back, follow signs to Animal Kingdom LODGE and turn left onto Sherberth. Visit google maps and enter zip code for house for detailed maps.
The shopping center on the corner of Formosa Garden and 192 (near house) has every store you will need.
