Cozy log home is located on three acres in the center of the picturesque Green Mountains. This house has hard wood floors throughout along with solitude, privacy and comfort. Relax on the first floor porch or 2nd floor balcony. We're just off Route 100 and centrally located between some of the best skiing in Vermont. To our north is Sugarbush/Mad River Ski area, and to our south is Killington/Pico, and to our west is Middlebury College's Snowbowl with its recently updated lifts and trails.

Nearest Airport: Burlington (BTV) at 55 Miles
Nearest Motorway: 100 & 73 at 1 Miles
Car: necessary
Skiing, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, about 20 miles south to Killington/ Pico and 20 mile north to Sugarbush/ Mad River Glen ski areas, and Middlebury Snow Bowl is just over the gap. Many hiking trails, tubing on the White River, swimming, boating, fishing, mountain biking, horseback riding, tennis, golf, antiquing. We are close to the Appalachian Trail and Long Trail. Rochester has a lot to offer, concerts on the Park, plays, three cafes, a fine restaurant, library, historical museum, post office, bank, health clinic, bike shop, original pottery and antique shop, a fully stocked food market and a wonderful new art gallery. We are centrally located in the heart of Vermont. There's places to go and things to do in every direction

We are centrally located for easy year-round day trips to most Vermont destinations including Ben & Jerry's, Cold Hollow Cider Mill, Maple Grove, Auctions, Shelburne Museum, Vermont Bowl Mill, Lake Champlain, Cabot Cheese, Institute of Natural Science and Fort Ticonderoga across the lake in New York. We are close to many hiking trails, tubing on the White River, swimming, boating, fishing, mountain biking, horseback riding, golf and antiquing. Come and enjoy what Vermont has to offer.
