The apartment has a south facing lanai and a very private second floor location.
All utilities, high speed internet and cable included. Three story building with elevator from covered parking. Very safe complex with on site manager and full time owners in our building.
Outdoor Living:
Beautiful large, south facing covered lanai with table, chairs and lounge chairs for morning coffe, afternoon naps and evening cocktails in the shade. Storage for beach chairs and umbrella (included) conveniently located off the stairway down to the beach. Additional large storage (300 sq ft) area near parking space for bikes, golf clubs, and an extra refrigerator. Outdoor shower at the private beach wall.
Heated pool with lovely pool furniture and umbrellas. Friendly owners with on-site full time manager. Impeccably maintained property.
Three story, six unit building with an elevator from covered parking. Our apartment is on the second floor for maximum privacy.
Just everything you need for a fabulous, relaxing vacation in an upscale environment.
Activities:
Delray Beach has been voted 'All American City' several times. Lovely high-end shops and restaurants line vibrant Atlantic Ave. Street fairs and festivals almost every week.
Walk the beach or the paved path down A1A to view the intercoastal and/or gorgeous mansions along the beach. Great biking along A1A. Beautiful drive up Ocean Blvd to Palm Beach for some really special dining and shopping or stay right in Delray Beach for all you need. Movies, groceries, everything you need is a short drive away.
The arts - many venues in Delray, Ft. Lauderdale and Palm Beach for concerts, Jai Lai, dog races, etc. Very nice museums. We are located about half way between Ft Lauderdale and Palm Beach.
Golf:
Many, many golf courses nearby.
