Prime location, members only private gated community. Spacious 1700 sq. ft. two-story building with garage and 2nd floor condominium. Bordering fresh water to the west and two golf fairways to the east. Within walking distance to pool & marina. Beautiful bike & walking trails within this lovely waterfront community. Condo includes screened-in lanai overlooking golf course & front balcony. Gorgeous, bright living room has cathedral ceilings and 60' TV. Dining area comfortably seats six with sliding glass doors to lanai. Large, fully-equipped eat-in kitchen and den with wet bar and TV. Master bedroom includes king-sized bed, private balcony, walk-in closets, armoire with TV, and master bath with glass enclosure and dual vanities. Guest bedroom is beautifully decorated with two twin beds, private full bath, and enormous closets. Laundry room with washer/dryer. Use our golf cart to travel through Jonathan's Landing!
