Charming home, 1/2 mile from Gull Pond, and 5 minute drive to all the beaches and the bay. Soaring cathedral ceilings with endless windows nestled in wooded lot, with no views of neighbors. Tons of land for dogs and children to play. Huge living and dining room and wrap-around decks provide a generous amount of living space, both inside and outside. Private road provides a quiet lot, with no worries about traffic. Southern exposure ensures a sun-filled home. Choose from the front deck, the side deck or the back patio off the kitchen for outside meals. Modern up to date and fully appointed kitchen. Two patio sets, and a number of Adirondack chairs allow for comfortable relaxing outside. Master bedroom has queen bed and beautiful unobstructed views of trees and sky. Second bedroom has two twin beds with hand-painted frames. All new mattresses. Very comfortable pull-out sofa sleeps two more. This home combines the authentic Wellfleet experience with a charming, newly upgraded house.

Cape Cod National Seashore, bike ways, Great Island and the Audubon Society offer the best in natural outdoor activity. Just a short drive will take you to the fun and funky Provincetown, whale watches, a huge flea market and one of the last remaining drive-in movie theaters.

Gull Pond House

The house is on the road to Gull Pond (about a 5 minute drive) and a 10 minute drive to Newcomb Hollow Beach. It is on a very quiet, peaceful shady spot with very little in the way of neighbors or noise. The house is extremely comfortable for a family of 4 (with a small dog). I would not try to add anymore than 4 people (any more people would have to sleep on the couch bed). The house is comfortable and well-equiped for a week on the beach with a lot of decks and natural shade to keep the place cool. I would totally recommend this house for a small group.
