On the water, this spacious 2,100 sq. ft. townhouse is a rare find on Siesta Key. This unit is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a three story building and boasts spectacular gulf, beach and/or pool views from every room. A few steps from your door is the world famous Crescent Beach and a wonderful pool. This townhouse sleeps 6+ comfortably and is the perfect place for a quiet getaway or an action packed family vacation. As you enter the townhouse you will be greeted with bright and cheery decor. An open beamed staircase divides the dining room from the living room to the spacious patio with sliding glass doors and screens. The roomy fully equipped kitchen has the convenience of a 1/2 bath. On the second level there are 2 bedroom suites with private baths. The master bedroom has its own balcony. The 2nd floor lanai and the 3rd floor balcony both have lovely gulf, beach, and pool views. There is also a utility room with a washer and dryer.

Siesta Key offers endless activities to visitors. Whether you enjoy boating, fishing, upscale shopping, golfing, or fine dining Siesta Key has it all! There are many places to spend time on the water. We can recommend companies that have first class fishing charters and boat hire for you. In addition, at each end of Crescent Beach you can find para sailing, jet ski hire, motorboat hire, fishing charters, etc. On Siesta Key there are two main shopping districts each with a wide variety of shops that carry merchandise ranging from gifts and T-shirts to the finest haute couture and ice cream. Siesta Key Village is located on the northwest side of the Key about one block from the Gulf. The Siesta South shopping area begins at the Stickney Point Bridge and goes south along Midnight Pass Road. If after visiting these locations you are still interested in more shopping there are some other fabulous boutiques and a great mall across the Stickney Point bridge in Sarasota.
